The inspiration for the store.

April 20, 1989 - June 15, 2005

At 15 years of age, Zeetlegoo was found to have corn allergies.  Her switch to a corn-free food and the quest to find such a food in Southport prompted the establishment of

Zeetlegoo's Pet & People Store in 2004.

Zeetlegoo's Mission Statement:

Hi!  My name is Zeetlegoo.

My mission here at Zeetlegoo’s Pet & People Store, is to provide the finest selection of gourmet foods, exciting toys, and other cool stuff for all my cat and dog buddies. I also told my owners to carry unique gifts, clothing, and jewelry for their human friends.

We carry on Zeetlegoo's Mission, and help other dogs and cats find their way to an allergy-free life.
